Return and Cancellation Policy
The Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return purchased items on toothless.in within 15 days of the receipt of the product. If customer chooses to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, customer will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost (Conditions apply).
How to cancel the order?
- If you would like to cancel an order, you can email us at email@example.com or whatsapp on +919319391444 with order id and reason for cancellation.
- If your cancellation is processed before the product is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a complete refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated as return and be dealt accordingly.
How will my amount be refunded after cancellation?
- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any other method using the Payment Gateway on the website, you will receive refund into the source account within 7 to 9 working days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays, from the time of order cancellation. In case of COD you'll be provided with a link with which you can transfer the money in your UPI or bank account directly.
What amount will be refunded
Only the total of the order value will be refunded. Shipping charges (for orders under Rs. 499) will not be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Can I return my order?
- Yes, you can return the order within 15 days of the receipt for the product. If you would like to return an order, you can simply visit the My Account section or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order id and reason for return.
What are the conditions for my return request to be accepted?
Return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and all the accessories therein).
How does the return process work if a gift or discount is associated with the product?
- If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition.
- For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied.
How will my amount be refunded after return?

What happens if pickup option is not available for my return?
- Even though this case is very rare, if the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
How do I self-ship my order?
You can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed-Post, to the address below.
- Please mention in bold the order ID of each of the shipments in the return package on the cover.
- Please write the phrase 'SELF SHIP' on the cover of the package.
